Community Involvement and Experience

I am proud to support the community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Board of Realtors and serve as a board member on many local non profit organizations, many for children related causes. I am also member of the Yucca Valley Rotary club. These activities give me an insight to local trends, the local economy and the happenings of local real estate trends and development. I am well versed in Rural Housing Loans (USDA) 100% financing, VA loans (we are specialists for Military buyers being PCS'd to the 29 Palms Marine Base), FHA loans and other types of financing. Tax Incentives still possible?

There are still some incentives for California residents and those who were in escrow by April 30, 2010 and still waiting to close. Calfornia residents may also qualify for other incentives, talk to your tax accoutant. Better yet, any buyer can now use their interest payments as a tax deduction and you may also want to check into incentives for energy credits being offered if you insulate or add solar systems or evap cooler systems.
